1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Greenway Turf Care's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Greenway Turf Care provides professional lawn care and landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing and maintenance
• Fertilization and weed control
• Pest management
• Landscaping design and installation
• Irrigation systems
• Seasonal cleanup services

3. Service Agreement

Scheduling

Services are scheduled based on weather conditions, seasonal requirements, and availability. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the areas requiring service. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring hazards are clearly marked.

Property Damage

While we take every precaution, you agree to mark any underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or hidden obstacles. We are not liable for damage to unmarked items.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Late Payments

A late fee of 1.5% per month may be charged on overdue balances. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice. Contract services require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Cancellation fees may apply.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship and will address any service-related issues within 7 days of notification. Plant material is guaranteed for 30 days from installation, subject to proper watering and care.

We do not guarantee results affected by weather, soil conditions, disease, or factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Insurance

Greenway Turf Care maintains general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Greenway Turf Care and protected by copyright laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where services are provided.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
